Welcome to Two Babes and a Bus! By using our website or booking an experience with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before making a booking.
Two Babes and a Bus provides curated nightlife experiences in Cape Town, including safe transport, venue access, and guided tours. Our experiences are designed for guests who are 21 years and older, and valid identification may be required for entry into certain venues.

Bookings can be made directly through our website or via approved third-party platforms, with payment required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in Rands and include VAT if applicable. If you need to cancel, please note that cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event may qualify for a partial refund, minus processing fees. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety concerns, or low attendance, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Each booking includes private bus transport, entry fees to participating venues, one welcome drink, and a guided experience with our hosts. Anything else — including additional drinks, meals, or personal purchases — is not included in the booking fee.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow participants, staff, and venues, and to follow all local laws, including alcohol and substance regulations. You are responsible for any damage caused by your behavior during the event and must ensure that you arrive on time for departure, as the bus cannot wait for late arrivals. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior without offering a refund.

Your safety is important to us. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure secure transport and partner only with trusted venues, participation in nightlife activities carries inherent risks. We encourage you to drink responsibly and to take care of your personal belongings throughout the experience.

Two Babes and a Bus cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property during the event. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. Please note that our itineraries may change depending on venue availability, city events, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always aim to provide an equal or better alternative if changes are required.
All content featured on our website, including logos, photos, and text, is the property of Two Babes and a Bus and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled in South African courts.
